Swedish massage is the basis of Michelaii Massage. It begins with effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration, tapotemont, and rotations. Advanced techniques include trigger-point release, forearm and elbow methods, connective-tissue work, therapeutic use of hot stones for relaxation and warming of the body's tissue, reflexology on the feet (specific points that are reflective of related parts of the body), Reiki (ancient healing art that incorporates with the energy flow throughout the body), and sports massage. My intention is to give a massage to you that will benefit your overall well-being and leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
